Yogesh Kumar
Yogesh has been associated with the capital markets for more than 15 years working with stock exchanges, stock brokers, investment banker and an IT company. He has worked in various capacities in the areas of clearing and settlement for exchange, broking, compliance, back office operations, listing and corporate action in the electronic trading environment.
He is associated as Subject Matter Expert for Nasdaq OMX and Bombay Stock Exchange project for on-line trading, clearing and settlement systems for Cash and Derivative markets. Also, he has worked on a consultancy assignment for Bank of Ireland on Reorganization of Capital Market Operations.
In his previous roles, he ensured compliance for the broking functions of multiple product lines i.e. equity, derivative and commodities for Reliance Money Limited. He has worked for National Stock Exchange of India Limited where he handled the clearing and settlement and the Listing department operations. He has also worked with OTC Exchange of India and Sterling Securities Limited where he was involved in setting up on-line trading operations for cash market.
He did his Master of Business Administration from SUNY At Buffalo, USA and earned law degree from Delhi University.
